Amber from the Baltic Region is also known as succinite related to the presence of succinic acid in the fossilized tree resin, and is the largest deposit known in the world. This large raw specimen with a big polished window comes presented on a custom base. Although the specimen does not exhibit visible inclusions, it is something special nonetheless. The massive specimen weighs a substantial 371 grams and is very pleasing to the touch. The hardened organic suspension is an aesthetic and solid example.
