Water clear and with a sculptural shape, this specimen of fossilized tree resin from the Dominican Republic known as Amber is a beautiful golden-yellow coloration and houses multiple inclusions of various insects. Some six stingless bees, one unidentified beetle, and several other additional insects populate the dimensional interior of this wonderful example. Weighing over 250 grams, this offering features numerous surfaces and even has an elongated branch near a peripheral edge, with a "scar" formed on the exterior attachment point of the incomparably preserved prehistoric suspension with such a myriad of ancient inhabitants. The color, clarity, and contents combine to make this truly one-of-a-kind.
