AmberOligocene
Chiapas, Mexico
This large, gem-quality Amber specimen from Chiapas, Mexico, exhibits exceptional transparency and optical character. Under Ultraviolet illumination, it displays a brilliant blue fluorescence-a diagnostic feature of fine Chiapas Amber. Weighing 618 grams and dating to the Oligocene Epoch, this fossilized resin ranks among the most prized natural ambers for its clarity, vivid coloration, and luminescent properties.
