    The square-rigged ship-form Hanukkah menorah with elaborate mechanical workings, turning ship's wheel glides cannon from starboard side operating inner silver gears, eight of the nine cannon handles on deck lock and unlock each cannon separately allowing a different configuration for each night of Hanukkah, cannon ends pivot from horizontal to vertical to act as candle or lamp holders, press first cannon on port to release money boat filled from slot on focsle, press fifth cannon on port to release stern exposing stored boat with fish-form lamp inserts, four cleaning tools inserted into the deck, anchor-form Dreidel, presented in glazed brass fitted vitrine.

    This ship is marked as the first of a limited edition of 65. A copy of the full brochure of the workings and use of the Menorah accompanies lot.

    Condition Report*: Crow's nest and foremast are bent, errant scratching of the deck, wear commensurate with age, polishing and use. The case's brass frame is scratched.
