    The covered serving dish, with beaded ring-shaped finial to faceted octagonal cover with engraved crest with ax-bearing lion rampant and knight to either side and beaded trim over a faceted octagonal body with engraved shield and motto TENTANDA VIA EST to either side, two beaded, foliate handles and four beaded and scrolled feet.


    Condition Report*: Overall good condition with a few scattered pin dents and fine surface scratches and abrasions indicative of use and polishing, with all wear commensurate with age.
