Alexandra Darraby is a renowned international art lawyer and a founder and principal of The Art Law Firm, which counsels clients working in creative industries such as art, media, performance, entertainment, fashion, publishing, nonprofits, technology and architecture.
Ms. Darraby advises on international private and public art and architecture projects. Her legal treatise, Art, Artifact, Architecture & Museum Law, is acknowledged as developing the field of art law, and her Pro Bono Counsel has served entities and projects as diverse as the Uffizi Gallery in Florence and artist philanthropy and redevelopment projects in Watts.
Outside the firm, Ms. Darraby holds numerous positions of leadership in the California and American Bar Associations.
