Imperial Topaz is the rarest of the Topaz family. This massive example tips the scales at just over 42 carats, which is incredible for a precious stone of this variety. The stone features an elongated cushion shape with a modified brilliant cut. It displays the iconic deep golden yellow hue, which is only found in the Ouro Preto district of Brazil. The yellow-orange color is highly saturated, and the cut and polish create an abundance of scintillation. This "world-class" stone is both eye and loupe clean and displays excellent transparency. This beautiful gem delivers on all counts and will be a treasure for years to come for anyone fortunate enough to own it.
