Extended Payment Plan (EPP)
Heritage offers extended payment plan options up to 6 months to qualified, pre-approved clients subject to these terms and conditions. To request pre-approval, please contact our Client Services department at 214-409-1150 or email eppgroup@HA.com.
- Invoice eligibility.
- Minimum invoice total eligible for financing is $2,500. Invoice minimum applies to a single auction; multiple invoices cannot be combined to meet the minimum.
- An invoice must be financed in its entirety.
- Wine auction invoices are not eligible for financing.
- Initiating financing.
- Client must electronically sign finance agreement within 2 business days of approval.
- Client must make a minimum down payment of 25% or 50% (depending on the category), plus applicable fees and taxes.
- The down payment must be received by the invoice due date or within 14 days of the auction close, whichever is earlier.
- There will be a one-time 1% setup fee.
- Subsequent payments.
- The outstanding balance must be settled in a maximum of six equal monthly installments.
- All payments (including the down payment) must be made electronically via eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover on a recurring, automated schedule.
- A 2.9% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
- Standard interest is 1% per month on the outstanding balance of your financed invoice.
- There will be a $25 NSF fee for all returned payments and a 3% late fee for any late payments.
- All standard Auction Terms & Conditions still apply. Due to the nature of the business and market volatility, there are no return privileges. Penalties can be incurred on cancelled orders.
- Financing is subject to approval and non-binding prior to the execution of a signed agreement.
