Solid to the touch, this brassy Gold Nugget measuring nearly 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) and weighing a stout 4.97 troy ounces is, not surprisingly, from Alaska. Water has naturally 'tumbled' the piece, which has a single small "window" cavity with visible white Quartz pebbles on the otherwise all slick surfaces. There is minor visual and tactile texture to the sizable exterior, and this example offers an outstanding shape, substantial size, and nice luster for a larger Gold Nugget out of Alaska.
