As functional as it is beautiful, this Fossil Fish Side Table is designed to be used and, of course, to look great in any room. The circular top consists of a thick disk of Fossil Lake Classic Stone Layer, out of the famed "18-inch layer" from the vaunted Green River Formation Lagerstätte in Wyoming. The stone surface has been brushed, and the fossils expertly prepared in shallow relief. The stone fits perfectly into a custom-designed and coated cylindrical Iron base. One Priscacara measuring well 6.4 inches (16.3 cm) and one Knightia measuring 5 inches (12.7 cm) in length, inlaid in the top, resulting in a fabulous side table, with an amazing, natural theme. This will be a conversation starter. The table assembled weighs a stout 55 pounds (25 kilograms), so it will be stable when set in place.
