Ester Hernandez is an internationally acclaimed artist whose prints and mixed-media works reflect Chicana feminism, Indigenous heritage, and social activism. Her pieces are part of major institutional collections including the Smithsonian, Library of Congress, LACMA, Museo Casa Estudio Diego Rivera y Frida Kahlo, and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Based in San Francisco, Hernandez's art chronicles cultural resistance and empowerment. Her archives are preserved at Stanford University, underscoring her lasting contribution to contemporary American art.
