NWA 14041 is a lunar feldspathic breccia type meteorite found in 2021 by camel shepherds in Mali. This complete individual represents material that was ejected from the Moon when it was hit by an asteroid to become a meteorite itself as it entered the Earth's atmosphere. The surface of this individual example exhibits a darker brown exterior compared with the obverse, which is a much more reddish-orange hue. This piece of the Moon weighs a respectable 3.56 grams.
