Here is a lovely and robust etched Kunzite crystal with a pretty light pink color, which appears as a vivid lilac when viewed down the c-axis. This specimen is doubly-terminated, coming to multiple nice, jagged points on both ends, is extremely glassy all around, and is heavily striated along the side faces. There is a smaller portion of Kunzite growing to the side with much lighter coloring, which creates a subtle, but pleasing gradient that stands out from the more saturated crystal.
