MONTBLANC: ATELIERS PRIVÉS ANDREW CARNEGIE WHITE EDITION FOUNTAIN PEN20th century
Pen comes complete with all original packaging and paperwork.
Andrew Carnegie's contributions to America's arts rivals his contributions to American Industry. Montblanc commemorates the man who funded the creation of concert halls, libraries, museums and schools with the creation of this fountain pen. The pen is comprised of lacquer coated white filigree white gold, and utilizes fine cut 18k diamonds on the bands. The body of the pen is wrapped in white gold art nouveau style lattice-work, and features a clip of a graceful female figure with wings. Cap top features the classic "White Star". The pen is part of the Atelier Prives workshop at Montblanc, which epitomizes the highest level of Montblanc's workmanship and creativity. (Most of the Atelier creations are not numbered.)
