This thin slab of Tiger's-Eye is prominently banded with gold and brown striping over a smooth, polished surface. The reflective face is 'lively' with a robust chatoyancy. The irregularly shaped slice exhibits some fissures under the finish and is quite dramatic whether displayed in a vertical or a horizontal orientation.
