Condition Report*:
A beautiful print with gold leaf embellishments and gaufrage details. The condition of the work is consistent with its age. Mild toning to sheet, appearing even throughout recto; verso presents with a few areas of deeper toning likely inherent to the inks used. A few minor areas of accretions evident primarily along upper edge. Moderate handling dents with creasing throughout sheet, primarily evident along vertical laid chain lines and left and right edges about 1/4" in from the edge of the sheet. Verso left edge has an additional strips of paper evident verso likely due to the work being tipped into a book or portfolio. Unframed. No tears or losses observed.
