This fossilized vertebra comes from Hypacrosaurus, a large, crest-bearing Hadrosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous Period. Recovered from Montana, the specimen displays well-defined bone texture and natural mineralization, with excellent mass and symmetry for display. The centrum remains intact, with clear articulation surfaces, offering insight into the anatomy of this herbivorous Dinosaur. Mounted on a custom metal stand, the vertebra is both scientifically compelling and visually commanding. This is a substantial piece out of North America's rich Dinosaur fossil record.
