The wide and shallow tureen with applied grape leaves and bunches to the exterior, intertwining vine-form handles to either side, resting atop the tureen are a pair of naturalistic male pheasants completed in dense silver wire as well as overlapping flattened silver feathers, raised tail feather create a soaring apex.
