These featured photographs by Adams were a part of a commissioned project by the University of California Santa Cruz. For nearly 6 years in the 1960s, Adams wandered the campus, developing close to 500 prints for the book Seeds of Something Different: An Oral History of the University of California, Santa Cruz.
