Condition Report*:
Overall good condition. Scattered indentations, scuffs, and hairline scratches visible under raking light. Area of smudging, creating a matte surface finish in the lower left corner, also affecting the signature. Sheet is hinged along upper edge of verso to window mat measuring 25 1/2 by 21 1/2 inches. Framed under glass to 26 by 22 inches.
