"DNA" Sketch Signed by James Watson
James Watson Signed Book
The Double Helix
A Personal Account of the Discovery of the Structure of DNA

This unique offering includes two pieces related to an iconic moment in American history. A hand drawn sketch of the 'double-helix' DNA molecule on the unruled back of a standard 3" x 5" index card is signed by artist James D. Watson who, of course, is one-half of the duo of Watson & Crick and credited with the discovery that changed modern science. Accompanying the amazing sketch is a paperback edition of The Double Helix, which was James Watson's personal account of the discovery of the structure of DNA, and is also signed by that Nobel Prize winning scientist. Both index card and book are in good condition. The paperback exhibits some wear on the cover and a black Sharpie mark across the bottom of some pages.
Overall Measurements: 8.50 x 5.50 x 0.50 inches (21.59 x 13.97 x 1.27 cm)
