Signed lower right and titled on the reverse

Liam O'Brien, Beverly Hills, California
By descent to the present owner, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

NOTE:

Condition Report*: Paint film is completely stable and the signature is untouched; several tiny paint chips (one in woman's hair, three in black background to the right of figure); minor areas of craquelure in black background; minor indention above signature, with accompanying craquelure; visible varnish drips above signature; under UV examination, certain black pigments fluoresce, but these areas are consistent with regular brushwork and dot appear to be restoration (upper portions of black background, black ground beneath figure's left foot, black lines her right ankle, black line along her buttock, varnish drips above signature); frame dimensions:  49 x 35".
