Condition Report*:
On stable panel support. Minor frame abrasion at edges. Slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Scattered instances of finely patterned craquelure. Small scratch in upper right quadrant. A few small areas of visible retouching along upper edge. Mild surface dust. Not examined out of frame.
Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. Aforementioned retouching at upper edge fluoresces. Brushy retouching to chest of drawers at center of right edge. A few scattered dots and dashes of finely applied retouching to the shadows in upper left corner and to some elements of the figures' costuming.
