Encased in golden Burmite from Myanmar, this 1.97g Amber specimen preserves multiple insect inclusions with excellent clarity. Fine details such as wings, antennae, and segmented limbs remain visible under magnification, offering a rare look at a Cretaceous centipede and bristletail trapped over 95 million years ago. The resin has hardened into a transparent, lightly domed form that makes the inclusions readily observable from both sides. Burmese Amber is highly prized for the diversity and quality of its fossil inclusions. This amber is a small but scientifically valuable specimen that captures a vivid moment from our prehistoric past.
