This section of Woolly Mammoth Tusk from Alaska has several unique attributes not often seen in other such examples. The partial piece has been polished, and a colorful bluish-green Vivianite mineral replacement is visible over some of the smooth exterior. The rounded end shows the concentric nature of organic growth of this ancient tusk. Measuring over 10 inches (26 cm) in length, this offering is vibrant in color with only some very minor and expected imperfections.
