Genesis Tramaine is a Brooklyn-based painter whose bold, expressive portraits pulse with spiritual energy. Her work dives deep into the complexities of Black identity and faith, drawing from her own life and experience. Influenced by gospel music, street culture, and the graffiti scene of 1980s New York, Tramaine creates layered, abstract figures that feel both deeply personal and powerfully universal.
