In good condition, with excellent form and menacing serrations, this Megalodon shark tooth is really the top of the line for its size. Measuring well over 5 inches (13 cm), this gorgeous tooth is twice the size of the average Great White tooth and exhibits a lovely light tan hue across the well-preserved enamel. The bourlette contrasts subtly against the lighter enamel and the darker, extremely nice root structure. The dagger-like point of the tooth has also been slightly worn throughout the ages but the inherent threat of this massive predator remains well-preserved in this specimen, making this one seriously nice offering.
