A truly phenomenal example of "shrapnel" from the famed Sikhote-Alin Meteorite bolide that exploded over Siberia, Russia, in 1947, this offering weighing 154 grams is simply spectacular with its sharp edges, two distinct faces, and classic gunmetal coloration. Representing a specimen of torn metal, the result of violent fragmentation, this wonderful piece has textural and form duality with a relatively larger surface area for its weight.
