15.0 x 7.6 x 4.2 cm (5.91 x 2.99 x 1.65 in)

This specimen features numerous doubly-terminated Calcite crystals, with a stocky, scalenohedral habit, all of which are scattered across the surface of a group of dazzling Pyrite stalactites. The largest of these Calcite crystals measures a respectable 2.9 centimeters in width. Under transmitted light, the Calcite has a translucent white color. However, under shortwave blacklight, the crystals fluoresce a pastel orange, and under longwave blacklight, they fluoresce a hot pink. Though the larger Calcite crystals are mainly on the front of the piece, the back of the piece has many smaller crystals distributed throughout. This, combined with the glittery microcrystalline surface of the Pyrite, gives the specimen a stunning 360-degree view.
