Two Southwest Polychrome Pottery Vessels
c. 1890 and 1920

including a Tesuque jar and a Santo Domingo bowl, clay, paint

From the Estate of Philip R. Jonsson, Dallas, TX

Diameter: 6 ½ and 9 ¼ inches

More Information: Each in overall good condition. No breaks, cracks or chips. Surfaces with usual wear, including dings and abrasions. Tesuque: With large fire cloud on one side of shoulder. Crazing overall. No apparent restoration. Santo Domingo: With moderate soiling in the basin. Whitish discoloration (water damage?) on the exterior. Some restoration to the rim of the jar.
