Condition Report*:
Lined canvas; craquelure and surface grime visible throughout; most notably an approx. 2 inch line of cracking through figure's chin; light area of cupping as well as a small puncture with paint loss to lower right corner; under UV exam, there appears to be scattered dots of inpainting in figure's bloomers as well as to the right side of his lace collar; inpainting in the sky, in the figure's forehead and mouth, possibly to address tears, and small patch of inpainting in upper left quadrant.
