The 1985 National Scout Jamboree was held at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia, from July 24 to July 30 with the theme "The Spirit Lives On". The Boy Scouts of America selected Larry Frost to paint the 75th Anniversary painting which was published on a double-sided poster that included a topographical map of Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia on the reverse.
