The majority of this cabinet-sized specimen is composed of richly colored groups of sharp, intergrown Fluorite octahedrons. Each of the Fluorites has a colorless interior, surrounded by deep violet-purple zones-which can change depending on whether you are viewing the specimen under LED light (violet) or incandescent light (purple). Scattered between many of the octahedrons are clusters of lustrous, nicely terminated, stepped-growth Quartz crystals. A handful of these Quartz have a very slight phantom at their termination and are blanketed by a dazzling Quartz druze.
