Condition Report*: The tallest example with an inscription removal at 14K gold knob, inscription Walter still visible along with an area of discoloration with small dents to the very top, as expected, shaft with two large areas of overpaint, nicks & scratches consistent with wear; both pistol-grip handled canes with very small pushes to the edge of each handle, inscriptions: Franco de Elizalde to the gilt cane, the second inscribed E.P. Webber from W. J.G. / March 13th 1900 to 10K gold handle; the fourth cane with very small pushes to 18K gold handle; scuff marks and wear consistent to all three ebonized canes commensurate with age, use, and handling.
