The group comprising:
2 Metal and hardstone seated elephants with jade finials;
1 Gilt inkwell with inlayed hardstones;
2 Celadon jade carved elephants on stands;
1 Celadon jade carved elephant with trunk raised;
2 White jade carved elephants with green inclusions;
1 White jade carved elephant with black inclusions;
1 White jade carved elephant with green and black inclusions;
1 White jade elephant with green inclusions on stand.

Condition Report*: A large group that presents well, in overall good condition with some wear commensurate with age and use. Includes eight elephants using a variety of jades with various inclusions, two metal elephants decorated with various hardstones topped with jade finials, and a gilt inkwell decorated with floral patterns and inlayed hardstones. Some chips and losses are found on the jade elephant figures. Chipping found on the ears, losses to tusks, and possible professional restoration to tusks on some. All examples have very gorgeous inclusions. Surface of metal elephants have some rubbing to patina. Inkwell has residue inside of the proper right well and does include original glass pot in proper left. Some rubbing to gilt surface around well openings. No scratches, losses, or restorations observed.
