The coolers are finely engraved with a quartered coat of arms enclosed within a ribbon-tied laurel wreath; the escutcheon displays multiple devices, including checkered fields, a chevron charged with motifs, and in the upper left quadrant what appears to be a small animal, possibly a badger, rendered in profile; the whole is accompanied below by a motto ribbon inscribed VIRTUS EST DEI (Virtue is of God); the detailing is crisply cut with hatched and stippled backgrounds emphasizing the heraldic charges, lending depth to the design.
