You can barely see through this sizable Quartz sphere for the density of Rutile. Countless fine Rutile needles crisscross this large crystal orb. The collective refraction gives the Quartz an almost pink-gold appearance. Watching the light play across the inclusions as you turn the orb in your hands can quickly turn into a mesmerizing affair. In the end, us humans are fairly similar to magpies and crows: captivated by anything provided it is shiny enough.
