This claw measures well over 2 inches (5 cm) and features a pronounced curvature, elongated channel "marrow groove" and two-tone brownish coloration. Presented on a custom black metal pin base, this fossil originated on an extremity of a Dromaeosaurus theropod enabling it to succeed as a carnivorous variety. The tonality of the claw is likely a result of natural bleaching, and restoration appears minimal. Any Dinosaur claw is a rarity, especially given the inherent number of them in comparison to teeth, so such fossils in good condition are few and far between to put it mildly. Slight damage to the tip is seen.
