Condition Report*:
The paper is hinged to the mat at the top corners verso; sheet size measures 8.75 x 12 inches. Soft handling creases throughout; slight paper discoloration; minor tear at the lower right extreme edge measuring approx. 1 inch, and one at the extreme upper left edge that does not go all the way through the paper; otherwise, no visible condition issues; matted and framed under glass. Framed Dimensions 13.5 X 16.5 Inches
