The carved ivory gavel with image of working metal smith to one side of head, diaper pattern to handle, crown finial, in fitted velvet presentation box, interior platform with raised supports, interior satin lining of cover stamped By APPOINTMENT, R. Stewart, 122 to 134, Argyle Street, 2 & 4 Buchanan Street, Glasgow.
