Only difference is that binocular head on this instrument does not switch to monocular with a knob. 4-position rotating nosepiece. Ex-B&L employee estimates 100 were manufactured and about 25 are known to exist. B&L Illuminator and Transformer. Not tested. B & L Filter Set. 6 glass filters 2 in. square for use in illuminator. Leatherette covered box.
