Six Mintons Pâte-sur-Pâte Partial Gilt Porcelain Dessert Plates with Reticulated Edge, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, circa 1875
Marks to reverse: (crown-over-globe) MINTONS, GILLMAN COLLAMORE & CO, 5TH AVE. & 30TH ST., NEW YORK
Marks to pâte-sur-pâte: AM
9-1/2 inches diameter (24.1 cm)

The six plates each with reticulated gilt Greek key border, repeating gilt flourishes and bouquet trim, central cartouche depicting individual pâte-sur-pâte decoration with putti motif surrounded by gilt frame, cartouches with decorator marks AM, originally retailed by Gillman Collamore & Co, New York, New York.

Note: Some pieces bear impressed British registration diamonds to reverse, with U letter date code.
