Not only is this fossil fish mural large and dramatic, but it is also framed and fashioned for wall hanging. The inlay specimen offers a mottled and layered sedimentary matrix with two interesting fossil fish out of the famed Green River Formation in Wyoming. A Cockerellites measures 5 inches (12.7 cm), and the Knightia measures 5.5 inches (14 cm). The prehistoric bass and ancient herring are positions in various orientations on the rocky background resulting in a dynamic decorative piece ideal for wall installation.
