Bones and teeth are certainly two of the most coveted remains of fossilized vertebrates. When it comes to bones, a nice vertebra is about as good as it gets. This rather massive example comes from a large Mastodon and has an extremely authentic look and feel, with a classic grayish coloration. The bone has nice preservation with some areas of porous material visible. It comes mounted on a custom black base.
