Condition Report*: A gorgeous impression from one of Hokusai's rarest series. A stable, backed sheet with mild delamination between the primary and secondary support evident along lower verso edge, some losses to the secondary support in the same area; no skinning observed on the verso of the primary support. A vertical fold down the center of the sheet, pressed flat. Mild creasing to the upper left corner. A few minor, small foxing marks/accretions primarily evident verso; do not appear to majorly impact image. Minor toning to the sheet appearing even throughout; inked colors still present well with vivid greens, fresh yellows, and vibrant blues. Vestiges of adhesive evident along verso edges with some embedded accretions. No tears or losses to the the primary support observed. Unframed.
