Condition Report*: Sculpture comes in wooden box with glass covering; scattered moderate scratches and stains throughout the interior of the box; half of the eyelashes have come off the eye block; mild scuffs to the edges of the blocks; paint loss to the upper left corner of the eye block, corner and top of the lip block, and corners of the triangular block.
