This modified octagonal gemstone of Lemon Quartz has an almost "hour glass" aspect to it. Yellowish in color, the massive gem, well over some 40+ carats, is as attractive as it is sizable. Hailing from Brazil, this uniquely colorful material is the result of heating Amethyst, Yellow Quartz and Iron together at very high temperatures. The wonderful result here is apparent in this large, powerful and extremely vibrant stone.
