This fossil ulna comes from an extinct Bear Dog (Amphicyonidae), a formidable predator that prowled the Miocene landscapes. The long, weathered bone retains its robust form, with surface textures that speak to both age and strength. Several repairs are visible, including filled cracks and joins, which are evident but do not diminish the scientific or display value of the specimen. As the remnant of a carnivore somewhat caught between bear and hound, the ulna carries a certain haunting presence, a reminder of beasts that vanished long ago. An evocative addition, it offers collectors both a tangible link to prehistory and a bone worthy of any cabinet of curiosities.
