Congratulations, you've just picked Tsumeb as the most likely source for your dream date. Stalactites are a Tsumeb specialty: another big plus. This Smithsonite is a subdued and neutral grey stalactite with excellent luster and the color is probably due to the Galena core. Truly, a classy cabinet denizen that won't embarrass you if you bring it home to grace your collection case. Remember this revered locality has long been closed ... there will be no more of these treasures coming out of the ground and will only be available when pried out of old collections. The two photos are of the "front" and the "back" - which one is up to you. Comes with a custom acrylic base.
