This 'saddle' shaped example of "Gem" Dinosaur Bone is so vibrant, and saturated with red color, that it looks like thick and raw meat. The "steak" weighs 9 pounds (4 kg) and exhibits an extremely well preserved, trabecular structure showcasing the complex internal vascular network of the once organic material. An unquestionably superb specimen, the rock is very thick and solid with an unpolished underside nearly as impressive as the primary face for color and density, although obviously lacking the polish and details. This 'bike seat' chunk of Jurassic, "Gem" Dinosaur Bone exemplifies the BEST for this variety of material.
